Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return, providing your order number and the reason for the request.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all tools and accessories, clearly mark the RMA number on the box, and ship it back using a trackable service.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
